PUREMANENT Long Protect disinfectant with a long-term effect is a combination preparation with effective disinfection and cleaning of medical inventory, medical devices and surfaces of all kinds. The long-term effect of PUREMANENT Long Protect arises because it is not based on alcohol, but on modern quaternary ammonium compounds. It also contains an excipient that allows the biocidal active substances to adhere to the surface, creating an active depot. This actively kills bacteria and fungi and inactivates viruses.
The product is free of aldehydes and phenols. It is ideal for surface disinfection of alcohol-sensitive surfaces and all waterproof (washable) non-porous surfaces. Since it contains 0.0% alcohol, it is particularly gentle on materials and is also suitable for acrylic glass. PUREMANENT Long Protect is odorless, does not form streaks and does not build up in layers. It is very suitable for use in sectors with high hygiene requirements and for use in areas close to and away from the patient. In addition, PUREMANENT Long Protect can be used safely on surfaces that come into contact with food.
Why does PUREMANENT work longer than other disinfectants?
PUREMANENT initially contains 0.0% alcohol as this evaporates quickly. The germ-inactivating active ingredients are modern quaternary ammonium compounds that work within a short time and adhere well to surfaces. But the special thing about our disinfectant is an auxiliary ingredient that only PUREMANENT has. It acts like a preservative in that it makes the germ-killing active ingredients adhere extremely well to the surfaces. The pleasant thing about it is that you can't see or feel the effect (no sticking). On the contrary: the additive creates an easier-to-clean effect on surfaces, which is even slightly dirt-repellent. Even after a thousand touches, the protection remains active. Even subsequent cleaning with water and neutral cleaners cannot destroy the active depot.
